Classes

Concert Band:

An Intermediate Band Class aimed at the levels of 9th and 10th graders.  Heavily focuses on foundations, techniques, and building towards a more advanced level.  Some at home practice is needed.  After school rehearsals are required (Usually 2 - 3 before a concert) All music selections are made with having fun in mind! The Concert Band received a rating of SUPERIOR at the 2024 VBODA IV Concert Band Assessment (I - I - I - I)

Symphonic Band:

An Advanced Band Class aimed at the levels of 11th and 12th graders.  Heavily focuses on skills and repertoire.  At home practice is necessary.   After school rehearsals are required (Usually 2 - 3 before a concert). The Symphonic Band received a rating of SUPERIOR at the 2024 VBODA IV Concert Band Assessment (I - I - I - I)
